Sin lugar a dudas los Unplugged de la Cadena MTV se han convertido en una especie de Religión -dado el gran alcance del canal- para las bandas que precisan expandirse mostrando “re-versiones” de sus canciones. Dentro de los no tan conocidos se encuentra este, que reúne a grandes músicos argentinos, ya que Ratones Paranoicos no se anduvo con chiquitas y embelleció su disco con los aportes de Pappo en Coros y Guitarra, y Charly Garcia en Coros y Pianos y Hammond. El Disco se grabó en 1987 pero se editó y lanzó un año más tarde y por eso a veces la confusión. Me parece una verdadera joya del Rock Nacional ya que como mencione se encuentran “Dos Terribles Bestias”.
Ya lo hemos subido antes, pero esta vez le hicimos un bue ripp, 320kbps y en 48 KHz y nos tomamos el trabajo de escanear las tapas, para guardar y coleccionar, esperamos les guste…

Nunca entendi mucho lo contradictorio de la posición de Cobain y el Unplugged que finalmente realizó la banda para la SuperHiperComercial Mtv, pero bue, fué una clase magistral de Música asi que shhhhhhh…
Realmente es un discaso, con versiones increiblemente bien logradas y como venimos tratando de matener la linea de calidad, este tambien va rippeado en mp3 320kbps.

Después de la muerte de Kurt Cobain y la consiguiente desaparición de Nirvana, su batería, Dave Grohl, destapó sus esencias como compositor, cantante y guitarrista en Foo Fighters, una banda que prorrogaba el sonido del difunto grupo de Seattle, es decir, una enérgica amalgama sónica, menos áspera que la manifestada por Cobain y con una evolución más barnizada, entre heavy, punk y pop.
En 1994, Grohl se unió al guitarrista Pat Smear, ex componente de los Germs, y a los antiguos miembros de la Sunny Day Real Estate, el bajista Nate Mendel y el batería William Goldsmith para formar su nuevo proyecto, cuyo nombre derivaba de la afición por los extraterrestres y la ciencia-ficción de Dave. “Foo Fighters” era la expresión utilizada por los pilotos estadounidenses en la Segunda Guerra Mundial para definir objetos de fuego extraños que parecían tener procedencia alienígena y que perseguían a las tropas aliadas en cielo alemán.
La banda ha conseguido varios reconocimientos y han marcado muchísimos éxitos alrededor del mundo, tales como Big Me, This is a Call, Everlong, Monkey Wrench, Learn to Fly, All My Life, Times Like These, Best of You, D.O.A. , No Way Back , The Pretender, que alcanzó el puesto N° 1 en los Hot Modern Rock Tracks el sábado 1 de septiembre del 2007 y se mantuvo como numero 1 por 18 semanas consecutivas. Su ultimo single es “Long Road to Ruin”.

Oasis, una banda británica de rock formada en Manchester a principios de los noventa. Estuvo compuesta originalmente por el vocalista Liam Gallagher, el guitarrista Paul Arthurs, el bajista Paul McGuigan y el baterista Tony McCarroll, bajo el nombre de The Rain. Noel Gallagher se incorporó posteriormente como guitarrista y compositor principal, adoptando el actual nombre de Oasis.
Musicalmente sus principales influencias han sido, según ellos mismos, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones y The Who. También han nombrado, entre otros, a The Stooges, The Kinks, The Smiths y Neil Young.
Debido a las 10 millones de copias vendidas de su álbum debut Definitely Maybe, y a las 20 millones vendidas de su segundo álbum (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, y al hecho de que su tercer álbum Be Here Now fue el más vendido en su primera semana en la historia de Inglaterra con 813.000 copias, Oasis se convirtió no sólo en uno de los grupos británicos más importantes de la década de los 90, sino de la historia del Reino Unido.
En febrero de este año viajaron a California para comenzar a grabar su nuevo trabajo, el cual sería lanzado a finales del año.

Los MTV Unplugged como todos sabemos se popularizaron por ser un medio fácil para llevar a la cima antiguos éxitos o estrellas nuevas en ocasionales covers…
Y en muchos casos resultan poco interesantes y en otros fundamentales (Nirvana, Eric Clapton, Alanis).
El disco de Lauryn Hill es de otra naturaleza.
Lo que sorprende es la intimidad generada y el despojamiento en este disco en vivo, solo acompañada de su guitarra acústica, hablando mucho entre los músicos, explicando sus experiencias personales y como ella ve el mundo de la música.
“I Find It Hard To Say (Rebel)”, “I Get Out”, “Just Like Water”, “So Much Things To Say” y principalmente, “I Gotta Find Peace Of Mind”, donde se entrega por completo, despedazandose en lágrimas son el punto fuerte de Lauryn. Eso no es hip-hop, es folk sin lugar a dudas. La voz de Lauryn Hill demuestra su origen en voces como las de Nina Simone o Billie Holiday, voces negras llenas de emoción delante de un microfono.
